You can get a "Pro" version license for "free":
Glary Utilities Pro (free license) save $28 / computer optimizer / cleaner
Anyhow, nothing to see here, IMO.
I looked some time ago, & for me, there was really nothing worthwhile.

Some notes I made:
Builds: Standard (gusetup.exe), exe installer, *WITH* toolbar <--- DO NOT WANT THIS VERSION AT ALL
Slim (gusetup_slim.exe), exe installer, *NO* toolbar <--- should be OK, simply uniextract
Portable (guportable.zip), either an SFX .EXE, or ZIP <--- (*& includes an "EXTRA"*)

This extra, "GlaryUtilitiesPortable.exe" does something that makes a "Pro" version,
& even though it says it is, not be fully "Pro", (as in like "1-click maintenance"
is grayed out <on the Status pane>)
You do *NOT* want to run: GlaryUtilitiesPortable.exe
If you run "Integrator.exe" directly, then Portable can be made as "Pro" (with a registration key)
So ... "Portable" (or "Slim") would seem to be the one to go with,
just be sure & ignore, remove, & not run GlaryUtilitiesPortable.exe
