Yes we should have tried to push this 5 months ago. We have a portal and we send the requests through, at times the DB is not always up to date and we have to push is for manual verification. We definitely should have caught this sooner.

 | Perhaps... but nobody bothered to give me any other options, other than just try and upgrade either. So how I was I supposed to know what to do. I am nearly positive Bell database is wrong has been ever since they started rolling out the 7/1 10/1 and so on in my neighbourhood. Trust me I've been following it anticipating when I could upgrade. |
