Error number 678 is, unfortunately, very generic and doesn't really tell us anything useful. Go go Windows! If you've got a full error message, that sometimes gives more useful information. Go ahead and send me an IM with your account info; I'll take a look at it from my end, but most likely will need to have a tech call you up and troubleshoot further.
