But no, we (California) haven't gotten the speed upgrades yet. I tend to reboot my modem once a month, but I may start doing it every week just to see if I notice a config change. |

Edit: yup, looks like a reboot picked up a TFTP config change. And not only that, but a firmware update too (SB_KOMODO_1.0.6.10-SCM00-NOSH). I can confirm I'm seeing an increase in speed in Mountain View.

 | I'm in Hercules, CA., and received a notice today that my BLAST speed was increased, but that I also need a new modem. Since I have a telephony modem (voice and internet), it has to be bought at Best Buy. The trouble is that Best Buy doesn't have any idea when they will be getting any of the modems in. Please let me know if you have any experience with getting a leased telephone modem from Comcast. Thanks |
