From what I can see Comcast is the #1 worst company in terms of customer service. 5 calls to try and order two DTA boxes to be told on call 5 from the supervisor "Comcast is no longer shipping DTA boxes That's why your two previous ordered were canceled." WHY WASN'T I TOLD THIS BEFORE HAND IF SUCH AS THE CASE AND IT APPEARS IT"S NOT

Honestly, There customer service guarantee is a joke that is read from a script and the Comcast cares is more like Comcast doesn't care
Comcast Steve, netcool, The local guy I have contact with and another member here actually did care and worked to resolve the problems in the past.
If I had another option I would drop Comcast instantly!

Having to call Comcast for issues or do ANYTHING with the account is one of the least favorite things to do.
I have to prepare myself for stress, frustration, and confusion. I wish I had a Demolition job at times when talking to Comcast.
