downstream is the same. doubled my upstream though. here in miami by the zoo. i tried reseting and removing backup battery in the modem Arris TM602G/CT still the same results. think this is a docsis 2.0 modem. dunno if thats gonna have something to do with it.

| Got it !!! Miami, FL 33186. It was 30/6 before. Last Thursday speed went down to 6/6 and stayed like that until yesterday morning when I called customer service. Instructed to clean browser cache and was sent a reset command by the agent who also requested me to turn off/turn on the modem and router and, voilá... happy camper with speeds doubled for the same $$$.. not that bad... if we could get rid of the caps (which by the way should be hit by one or two percent of users....) it would be perfect as service has been rock solid the past couple of years. Way to go Comcast...finally !!! |
