Whatever your age, race, or occupation, blaring hip-hop from your drive-way at "shaking" volume from an escalade is not going to endear you to your suburban neighbours. But it was already evident that this person's clue meter is broken.
This is indeed the silly type of stories that sell papers. Statistically windfall winners of lotteries or surprise inheritances don't manage it well. But frankly, it's probably as stupid to assume that they would.
There's nothing you can do, or should do, about it, in my opinion. This will continue to happen and papers like the Star will continue to write their inane stories of woe.
