I have 2 Xbox 360s that I would like to use at the same time with open NATS. I have attempted every configuration available. Port Triggering/Forwarding, Virtual Servers, and DMZ. The UPNP feature is enabled.. However it does not appear to be working.
I recently switched over to WOW from another provider and I had no issue with this before. Do I need to get another IP address to resolve this issue? Is there a firmware upgrade for this gateway? I did not expect this to be an issue prior to switching. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
I read the thread and our issues are one in the same. I was hoping that a solution or workaround has been created. Or possibly there is something that WOW could configure on the back end that would correct this issue. I find it hard to believe that an ISP would not have a solution for this.
This particular Gateway's GUI interface is not very feature rich. Considering it handles telephony/video/routing. The scope of settings we are able to configure are not very robust.
I will call WOW again to verify. I have been on the phone with them 3 days in a row for various reasons and I had the service installed just last week.
Otherwise if anyone has any other suggestions I would be all ears. I have considered hooking up a Win2003 Server and setting it into the DMZ and hooking it into a switch. Then routing all my internal traffic through the server. However, Why should I need to go through all the trouble when it should work as is.
