Houston, TX | [Praise] Garmin Customer Service.... Bought a Garmin Nuvi 50LM GPS unit in December 2012.
Car charger that came with the GPS Unit somehow stopped working as of yesterday.
Called customer service and they are sending me a new car charger, no questions asked.
If I am not mistaken, accessories are not covered under most warranties, but good on garmin for making me not regret my purchase  |

Garmin is pretty darned good for CS support on HW. I've bought two units from them, a 775T and a 3790LMT and will continue to do so unless they mess up badly.
