I'm glad about the retina thing... Hell, its been around for a while now, and most devs worth their salt have gotten their shit together...
But there are still apps that dont support it... Especially bad on the iPad.

Non-retina apps = apps that don't support retina
Retina apps = apps that support retina. They also still work on non-retina systems.
