| DIR615 E3 with ddwrt, can't get stock or gargoyle on it! Hi everyone,
by editing the end of the ddwrt firmware (with a hex editor) for the dir 615 e3 I was able to get that firmware on it.
Now I would like to try and get the OpenWRT gargoyle firmware on it, or even just the stock. I have tried the following advice: »superuser.com/questions/216009/r···-dir-615
which is the same as:

Does anyone have any other advice? Am I doing something wrong or is there a way to get either of these firmwares to be accepted through the default ddwrt interface?

| I would verify with the WRT site that your REV I model 615 is supported for WRT FW. Rev I is a recent version of the 615 and may not be supported yet.
From what I can see, it's not supported or listed:

If your trying to get stock FW back on it, WRT site should have information and the process to put OEM FW back on router units. |
