Re: [HD] BeIN Sports - Coming this month

The home country controls the tv rights. It has nothing to do with US Soccer. They were on pay per view until BeIN purchased the rights.

I should have clarified my comment was regarding home games only in the US.

And when US Soccer plays on the road, that country controls the tv rights, not US Soccer. WCQ won't be on NBC. All home qualifiers are on ESPN and the road games are on BeIN. You can google that if you want. Just in case you were wondering, the Gold Cup won't be on NBC Sports either, it will be on Fox. When the US plays a friendly match it will maybe be on NBC.

Mexico will be on ESPN because it is worth the money.
