This morning, most of my programming has lost their descriptions. I have the titles and other info, but no description. Looking at the iGuide diagnostics, there was no purge, and not even the normal triage. But, the amount of available memory for guide data has jumped from around 800K last night, to over 3M now.
I hope it starts to fill back in, but even current programming doesn't have a description, and that info is sent nearly continuously. |

This is most likely due to corrupt Guide data, or some master database got blanked out and it was passed on to the boxes. |

 | reply to andyross Searched Comcast webpage for phone number (they provide our phone sevice) to no avail. Found it on another site. Called them about no program descriptions and was told "they are working on it." No idea when it will be restored. Makes finding NCAA tournament games tough! |

Something got wiped in a master somewhere. It should be as "simple" as restoring the db and then updating it. Of course, the replication out to all the systems, then to the customers' boxes may take some time. |
