Rude customer service!
I am switching back to time Warner because I can't take this anymore. Internet keeps freezing, picture keeps freezing, and adding service is almost impossible. I just talked to a person from accounts and she was highly pissed I asked her a customer service question. I was trying to make sure I wasn't being charged for services I've been trying to cancel since march 7 th. finally today I was informed that it won't be effective until April 2nd? Seriously!! The lady I talked to on customer service kept yelling and I just apologized and said sorry for bothering you today. I'm done account#5131014169347
