Winston, OR | [HSI] Can't log in to uBee modem, or reset it to factory default I've tried my own username and password, and the defaults...

Username: admin
Password: cableroot
I've tried using a pen to hold the reset button, nothing changes.

How do you reset it to factory defaults, or make it so you can log in? Wireless also stopped working, while using an Ethernet still works. |

If it's a DDW3612, you may need to call charter and have them reset it for you. |

I E-Mailed Ubee and got this....
With the 8.9.3005 software, Charter has changed the default username and password.
To reset to factory defaults, you'll need to press/hold the reset button for >30 seconds, using a pen or tooth pick.
The new defaults are:
Username: chtruser
Password: charter |
