When I add an email address to Refer-A-Friend it says something to the effect that the email had been sent but when I go back and check if it was in history I get the message that there were no referrals for the last six months.

Hey Jadinolf, I pulled up your account and did a search - not seeing your friend you referred, at least not by that email address. Maybe he signed up under a different email address, or just hasn't gotten around to signing up yet? If you send me an IM with your friend's name and phone number, I can check that way.
