Btw, when we fix an issue of this nature for you, we usually keep the ticket on hold for a few days to make sure everything's fine (no relapses etc.); during that time, you can just call in and your previous ticket will be re-opened and worked by Tier 2 automatically.
Or you can always post or send me an IM via BBR here, of course. I do recommend keeping it in one thread though, keeps the board tidy.  |
