| [CATV] problems with cable card Cisco STA 1520 tuner adapter Guys I'm having problems with a Cisco STA1520 tuning adapter I have this hooked to an HD Home Run Prime the problem is the light never stays solid green on the adapter it is always constantly flashing. So if anyone out there has any advice I would really like to hear it a Charter rep came out today and he was not able to get it working he actually rescheduled another appointment for next week. I can actually pull a channel scan and get several channels but I have a ton of channels missing for example ESPN,TNT, Cartoon Network just to name a few. |

| Sounds like the tuning adapter isn't communicating with the head end causing your switched digital channels not to work. Could be anything from a missing code in the billing system to a bad fitting in the house.

Misread that the first time. Can you only get local or public access channels? |

| I called back in to customer service the rep told me that my account was provisioned wrong he basically reprovisioned the account. Now I'm able to pull back all channels expect the ones below also the tuner adapter light is still flashing instead of being solid green.
