That looks really retro (old). Isn't there a label underneath that should have some clue?

Yep, it is round 6-7 year old.
Nope, nothing is written about modem anywhere !
Only a S/N is there which is quite long.

Stick the serial number in Google and maybe you will get lucky.

Anyway, i was wanted to flash custom firmware cause that one seems to be too old !

Anyone know if there is open source firmware available for my modem ( if you know my modem name) ?

Take the paper or tape (big white square) off the top of the modem and bet you have a brand there.

I was waiting for that.

Now the question is, why would someone do that?

Too much time on their hands

Oh come on, i am not spamming and doing any shit.
I photoshopped it because my username and password and some ISP stuff is written on it ( not about modem , just usual ISP name, logo etc)
As i said only S/N is printed on back of the modem and IMO that is the only thing i know about the same.

If you click on 'device info', it should show the MAC address. Post the first 3 sets of numbers/letters here.

Need the first 6 numbers (3 sets). That will help tell us the manufacturer.

You need the first six digits. Then go here to find the manufacturer. It won't give you the model, but it is a start,

Hmm i did that before in google. I found a Dareglobal model DB108 similar to mine.
i was still unsure. so i did some scratching on that sticker ( that is photoshopped in above pic ) and found beneath "Atrie db108 ADSL modem" written. It is same as model by dareglobal.

Anyway guys thanks for help ! i am looking for custom firmware for my modem is there any for db108 ?

Can't you just swap it out with your ISP to get a newer modem?
