I am in the Fort Atkinson area and have the ultra 100 service and haven't been able to hit above 20Mbps for the last week. I had a tech out today and after looking through all of my wiring he tells me there is noise leaking back onto the line somewhere in the city. Has anyone else had issues?
I'm somewhat near you but have been too busy to be online. Had been dealing with some seriously slow connections prior to that but didn't have time to call about it.
Right now, my cable is out. Not that it's been working well lately, either. Called in and was told there is an outage they are working on. Funny how I can still get Showtime and HBO, though. *sigh*
