That modem is for ADSL, is that what you have now, the slower speed service? It won't work on the faster VDSL2. If you have ADSL and put in your username and password like Mr. Bill said it should work. You can find your username on your contract buy you might not have ever had a need to know your DSL password if you haven't setup a modem before. It's not the same as your email or online account password. If you don't know what it is then you will need to contact C/L on the phone or online chat to get it, then write it down. |
