Re: [Speed Issues] Your mission, should you choose to accept it. said by horseathalt7:said by Seiyorah:I disagree. I'm the only one working from home, and a business plan is far more expensive. It's not a requirement for me to work from home, thus the company is not required to pay for my ability to.
Can't you still write that off as a business expense? You should be able to technically since you are using the service for business. .... if you are using it only for business ....... been there, done that. It's like waving a red flag for an audit ..... you better have the paperwork to back it up. Once they audit you for one year there's nothing stopping them from going back further ... |
 | reply to horseathalt7 I really might be able to, but the problem is like the above poster said. I may talk to some people about it further, but it's definitely a red flag.
An update: 2 nights ago a tech was at my house and when he saw my speeds and heard me out, he immediately just went straight to his boss. Expecting a call or visit within a week. As my problem is the same as all of the other posts, I will inform you of what I find out.
I'm 100% expecting to be told it's congestion as the tech even stated that it was a big possibility. That would explain the HUGE push for me to go to their 100mb plan, because, as they stated, it would force them to run new wiring. However, like I told them, I shouldn't have to pay $200 for an installation to FIX my current internet issues! D:
I know this thread is about getting a higher power contacted, an am planning on attempting to do just that. |
