My home internet was dropping out.. I traced it to the DSL modem rebooting randomly...saw lights drop out come back up internet was fine.
I called Sunday mid-day..told me I would get a call back Monday, to perhaps Tuesday.
This morning at 930, Fairpoint tech shows up with new modem ready to go, 10 minutes later..New Modem, New power chord.
This exceed my expectations.
I also found out that the local office to their central office is getting a fiber upgrade this week..more capacity is always good.
