W.O.W. → Everything wow just died on me, anyone else

Our engineers are taking a look at this now, there's no more information I can provide at this time though.

Any idea how big of an area is effected?

It's all back and working now.

This was only affecting a small portion of the Cleveland area.

Me too. My mom called me at work today asking me how to switch to the RF input on the TV so she could watch basic cable (I hooked up a splitter so she can have TV when the box-only channels crap out).

Were going to dump WOW probably before the month is out or shortly thereafter. Our bill has gone up $19 since October with no increase in service. My mom was, however, able to get a $30 one time credit last month when she called about the last outage and complained. But it's not enough to make us want to stay.
