Me too. My mom called me at work today asking me how to switch to the RF input on the TV so she could watch basic cable (I hooked up a splitter so she can have TV when the box-only channels crap out).
Were going to dump WOW probably before the month is out or shortly thereafter. Our bill has gone up $19 since October with no increase in service. My mom was, however, able to get a $30 one time credit last month when she called about the last outage and complained. But it's not enough to make us want to stay. |
