Tired of these signal issues
Are there any comcast reps here that can escalate my issue to someone that CAN fix my signal issues?
On Demand is barely watchable. It freezes randomly and the image becomes pixelated in several channels every 4-5 mins.
We have had 3 techs come out and still have issues. The last tech replaced "something" outside but that didn't fix our problem.
Comcast techs: please please PM or reply here.
We are considering switching but would like to stay with comcast IF our issues are resolved.
