I have been having serious connection issues with my Knology/WOW! service since Friday 3/22. Internet is consistently slow, with extreme latency using Ventrillo and games. Get regular loss of internet for 10-20 seconds at a time every 15-40 minutes.
Called WOW! Sunday and they stated there were no problems but would send someone out Yesterday between 10am-Noon. Someone showed up at 8:00PM to explain there is a region wide issue "with the servers in Atlanta" and they are working on it.
I can find no independent confirmation of this outage, nor any status updates on the WOW! website. Is anyone else having these problems and/or know if WOW! keeps an issue tracker/update list on its website?

We were aware of this issue, but a fix was put into place last night/this morning that should resolve the issue. Please let me know if you're still experiencing this tonight.
