1 edit | [CATV] switched digital video problem Guys I have a cable card configuration going through a Cisco STA1520 as of right now I'm not able to pull in any SDV channels. I plan on hooking up a regular HD box this afternoon to see if I can pull SDV through it. So guys are there any trouble shooting steps you can recommend? I am using an HD HomeRun and below is info from the SDV section of the HomeRun

| Was it working at any point? The "Authorized: No" seems to indicate the cable card has not been authorized in the billing system. |

| Everything is working now actually I should have updated this thread last week. The Charter rep ended up replacing the tuner adapter and cable card I must say this was the best Charter tech I've had. |
