 MRA @windstream.net | 1704 Modem Upgraded to 1704 Modem and was told to call Windstream tech support for help in setting up WiFi on my desktop in order to also access Internet with my laptop. After almost a half hour of placing me on hold numerous times, the lady gave up and never returned. Have Windows 7 and she could not find instructions to help me. The instructions furnished with the modem did not match my computer options. I Emailed a couple of weeks ago for help and have just received an Email saying they will be responding with 24-48 hours. |
