Re: I get what it is supposed to They are not giving you a interest free loan to use a phone on someone elses network. It's for "their" network. Granted if you pay off the phone you can use it anywhere. But most likely they have tuned the phone for best performance on T-mobile which would be expected/demanded by T-mobile users.
