 | Bell small business phone line -- is there a loyalty dept.?? I have a single-line business phone service with Bell and it's been with Bell for over 50 years (I know most of that period had no competition, but that's a moot point) and wondered if they have a sort of retentions/loyalty department similar to that used for personal customers. The drones in India are always pushing the lower rates with a 1 or 3 year contract (for a business landline, remember) but on principle, why should a customer who's been with Bell for decades, sign up on a contract basis all of a sudden?  Does anyone know if they give discretionary discounts to small business customers like they do for Internet/homephone/satellite customers? |
