[TWC] Logging on Motorola SBG6580

I put in one of the Motorola modems after having used TWCs data modem for years, and having a Zyxel X550 as my primary router/firewall. I'm trying to get the Motorola to send out logs on a nightly basis (just to know what is going on), and I can't seem to get them going. Anyone done this?

TWC locks you out of the modem.
