Does 250U support LTE and if not what are the options?

Based on coverage maps I see LTE but not Wimax coverage in my area.

I guess the first question is, does the Sprint based plans from Millenicom allow access to LTE?

As I understand it, the 250U, the modem Millenicom sells, is only compatiable with Wimax. Is that correct?

If so, what are my options with regards to plans and modems that support LTE? Can I buy one on ebay that supports LTE and the Millenicom will let my enable via the BYOD plan?

Thanks, Grant

correct, the 250U is 3G/Wimax only. Your only option is to buy a Sierra Wireless Tri-Mode MiFi device. (3G, Wimax, LTE) and that is pricey.

You certainly can use that on the Millenicom BYOD plan.

Thanks Jim. I see you can get them on ebay for perhaps $70 or so. I assume I can register them with Millenicom...
