1 edit | [Other] Note on door - Louisville, KY I had a note left for me by Insight today at my door saying that they were sorry they missed me, and to please call with a cell number listed. I called my aunt who is a neighbor of mine, she, nor did any of my other neighbors as it appears, had this note. Should I call? Or is it a sales thing? I only have Internet through Insight. Figured if it was something important, they would send me a letter. Just wanted some thoughts. |

I'm an Internet only customer too. I get a salesman at my door about twice per year. Usually, I'm at work. Then they leave a "call me for exciting offers!" kind of note. |

Not quite, until the switch over coming up here, they are still using Insight branding, gotta maximize that 3 year old tv ad. |
