Thanks for your feedback. Actually we adressed the wait time drastically for customer service and pre-sales over the past 2 months. We literally doubled our staff and hired an HR specialist to make sure we have enough staff at all time.
Average wait time for the month of march was less than 2 minutes.
We're still working on the support department. It's a little longer to train staff there and make sure they understand what they do.--
