Yup, new price are up on their website and it comes with:
Unlimited upload usage at all time
Unlimited download/upload from 2am to 8am

Not on the website but in the forum this time they confirmed it. That the rates are with unlimited from 2 to 8 and in effect

Until it's posted on their website, I won't believe that it's official. They can say whatever they want, but they suffer from the same problems that Electronic Box has with Videotron's counter.

Why don't you read Diskace's comment on the first page of this thread, and then draw a general conclusion of the reality. It's there in plain print. A general bug. If it affects one, it affects all on their backbone.

It is not confirmed by anyone but by their Top management saying it is in effect.

When they were not sure about it they never said it was in effect, now they are sure thats why they are saying it is in effect.

I wish you would be right Then it could possibly mean that it would be easy for Electronic Box to offer the same theoretically. But I still think it all boils down to Videotron and the problem with their third party usage counter.

But one can always hope.......

They don't have technical limitation to offer unlimited upload.

Got an answer already, they forgot to add the off-peak to the website, they will add it shortly.

Guys, it is technically impossible at the moment so the only way they can do it is by not counting the usage at all.

If it is really unlimited from 2 to 8 their users should have a way to track it. I bet the tool is not working or 'not ready' or does not match your own stats and so they don't bill anything.

So far on our side we have pretty much completed the tool to analyze the logs from nflow and it's working. We only wait for our supplier to fix their binding of customer into an ip tool. We are not sitting on our ass and watch the show

I'd love to hear some word (either way) from Electronic Box on the issue of unltd off-peak on Cable in the Montreal area.

I'm looking to sign up for internet at home, and although my feeling is that Electronic Box has excellent support, at the 10Mbps pricepoint the current offering is not competitive.

They have mentioned multiple times... they are waiting for something to be fix by the carrier...
