[TWC] TwcNeo SDV Channel List

I am on TWC Northeast Ohio. Does anyone have a list for which channels are SDV?

I am thinking of going Tivo, and just wondering which channels might be lost if not using a Tuning Adaptor.

Anyone in this area having issues with Tivo w/ Cablecard?

Thanks.

Tuning Adaptors are free, why would you not want to use one?

Tuning adapters are not free here. Or maybe it's the cable card. They are like $3 or $4 a month.

Tuner Adapts are free everywhere, it's the cards you pay monthly for.

TIVO turns a TW signal into a "world-class" machine. Worth it, just to say Bye-Bye to Navigator

Yes, I know the TA's are free. But that is just one more thing to hook up, power up, set up, and have sitting on the shelf. That is why I was wondering which channels would be lost, to see if I cared about them.

Or, perhaps I don't understand this correctly. Are all the channels potentially switched? So, without a TA, I could not have access to any channel.

I just continue to get frustrated with TW's DVR. The guide is generally sluggish (sometimes to the point where it seems it is no longer responding, then suddenly catches up), and the storage size is too small.

I think the only feature I would miss by switching to Tivo would be the Caller ID on TV. That's pretty handy.

Well I can't comment on your area, but at least in my area there are close to 300 SDV channels both SD and HD and in every conceivable genre (if you would like a list, these were the SDV channels in my area back in October, more have been added since).

While it does take up some space and power, the tuning adapter just sits next to my cable card tuner and doesn't bother me. I don't have to even see it unless I intentionally go looking for it. It's really not worth losing any channel, IMHO.
