[MN] Purchasing a new Modem. Phone & Internet Capable

There has been plenty of discussions on what modem is supported by Mediacom -I am well familiar with. However, my question is what modem can be purchased to still use Mediacom phone services?

Looking into this for my parents as they are Mediacom Phone/Internet customers.

Thanks for the info.

As far as I know, you can't get a customer purchased phone/internet combo modem provisioned. I am pretty sure the combo modem must be supplied by Mediacom.

you can buy one from mediacom and that is the only modem they will support for a customer owned modem. They also will swap it out the first year if it has problems. Its a cisco d3 modem. I'm sure chad can tell ya more. I know it costs 149.95

Glimmer is correct. We do not support any third party phone/internet combo modems. But we do have one for sale. Feel free to private message me and we can discuss more on the matter.
