Question about Motorola modem

How can I recover software I mean ( Backup ) (firmware) in the modem (CPEi 25725) or (CPEi 25150) to be used again or with another modem

Please help

Unless someone has a 3rd party firmware for this modem or a program, all I see is the ability to update firmware, but no option to save your configuration. Hopefully someone can chime in with a solution.
