Las Vegas, NV | [NV] High tcp delays Can anyone help me? I notice the issue about 2 weeks ago. A tech did come out to the house on monday stripped and put new connectors on the the wires. That didnt resolve the problem. Web pages sometimes take a minute to load and gaming on this connection causes frustration. Watching Youtube or streaming can be pretty unpleasant as well.
I have the Cisco DPQ3212 and have the premier service. |

Another tech came out on the 28th of March and changed the modem. That did help a lot with the problem I'm having. I also spoke with an IT guy and he said there is nothing else they can do because everything look almost perfect "on their end". If you still would like to see the list of things from that link let me know. |
