Verizon. is A pos company....their workers are lazy and know nothing about fios. The company does not even know how to fix it billing nightmare, more like they dont want to snice they make millions on incorrect fees all at the end users expense.
Yeap, I can confirm that my lines were cut too. More than one too..my fios inbound cable and my satellite dish cables were cut too. That was a pain...I can speak for the overhead pole lines ...too high to see. -- United We Stand - The world shall remember the events of September 11, 2001

Ding ding ding! We have a winner. Verizon should hire this guy here to fix all of their problems. Yep, he knows much more about Fiber Optics and billing systems than a massive Company such as Verizon.
