[Internet] [CFL] Modem Reboots Under Load

I am having issues with my Road Runner Turbo Service. When I download a large file or attempt to stream an HD video my cable modem will reset. I have had the cable modem replaced 4 times and a Technican out 3 times. Nothing has resolved the issue. I have a Scientific Atlanta S2203C cable modem. Any help would be appreciated.
