How do you block pop-unders?

Keep getting these annoying pop-unders from "offerdeliver.com" and I'm at my wits end how to block them. Appreciate any suggestions.

What site are you visiting that generates those? I'd suspect a browser hijack, and I would seriously not touch anything from offerdeliver - it sure doesn't seem good.

No it isn't. Pop Unders have been around for a long time. Not sure any browsers are entirely effective at blocking them.

Chrome or firefox with the following plugins-
Ad block Plus
Flash Block
Ghostery

Those three knock everything down.

I know what the problem is and it's my own doing...

For years I've stayed with OSX 10.6.8, surfing on Safari 5.0.3 with Ghostery.

Java off, Flash off - unless I OK'd it.

Never a pop-under.

Then yesterday after months of declining, and against my better judgment, I allowed SU to update Java and Security.

Reboot. Safari 5.0.3 was gone and in its place Safari 5.1.8.

Now on 5.1.8 all flash sites (banks most importantly) refused to accept the Macromedia plugin, so I also updated Adobe Flash, which I really didn't want to do.

It's been pop-under city ever since.

I have other browsers but really prefer Safari. Although now...

Guess I should be grateful SU let me keep 10.6.8.

Ah, yes. Forgot about those.
Had them installed but SU removed them both!
Problem solved
Thank you.
