i have been experiencing a unplayable lag gaming on FIOS internet with my PS3 lately. My router security log shows event type: rate limit; service suppressed. I get several different #types and yet to find on the internet or manual any cross reference to a description (any # code {blue under line} identification list please). also the ip address i circled, i question if they are a hack; I'm here in Florida and the ip tracks to France. should i report this? info below »whois.net/ip-address-lookup/90.6.129.133

You're being probed. The router is doing it's job and dropping the message.
The type[43] refers to an ICMP message, although type 43 is undefined. »www.iana.org/assignments/icmp-pa···ters.xml -- There are 10 kinds of people in the world; those who understand binary and those who don't.
reply to DanK101 Welcome to the Internet. The Chinese (and others, including people in the US) are constantly probing you.
Hence that's why a firewall is VERY important. They probe you all the time. No matter who your ISP is. Just be proactive and prevent them from attacking your system.
