| If you go to pretty much any place where you can review WOW you can see over the past 8 months to a year a steady decline. Then they tweet this bragging about it. That's what upsets me the most. If they are no longer going to be the great service company they once were, stop bragging about it like you are. They are growing and declining in service and becoming a "regular" cable company. Every commercial/ad I see about them bragging about service annoys me so much. |

Same report claims AT&T U-verse ranks at 66, while Comcast ranks at only 61? This outcome is very suspicious; puts the whole report in question of accuracy!
A closer read of Triple Play, Pay TV, and Internet breakouts don't increase my lack of confidence.
