Hello,I've has a SB6120 for a year now. I have not received the newest firmware and comcast says that ok. My issue is under my equipt it's showing SB5120. Comcast has reassured me it's sb6120 under all the tools they show. Should i worry?
The devices shown in that list are often wrong and have no bearing on the devices you are using at this time.Are you concerned about a modem update because you are having issues or just assume you just need it?
My speed has dropped after the speed update. I had them send me a firmware update and still the same issue.

In my own experience and what I see in other threads here as well, others are having similar speed issues since the " Upgrade".
Looks like the FW update and them reprovisioning my line worked!
