Will Millenicom customers get this update? Has 2 things I really want.
1) perhaps fixes the problem with not getting to all websites, for example wineguard.com
2) usage meter! I don't know if it would reset if you pulled the battery.
My mifi doesn't have a message about an update yet tho.

Millenicom has nothing to do with it. You are on your own with Verizon from there.

2 edits | The new firmware screws up the read on several displays. The idea of "view Usage" is nice ... if you can read it. Most other screens are garbled as well. When you eventually find the "usage" screen it will say "umlimited" ... we all know that is not true (20GB) is the limit

So, can you do me a favor? See if you can connect to www.winegard.com If you get to the website instead of the time out?
I could ignore the update all together if that isn't really fixed either.

Ok, I updated and winegard and couple others that didn't work are fine now. Yay!
Yeah, just says unlimited for usage. Too bad it wasn't set up to say xxxxxxx/unlimited. Oh well. |
