| Upgrade to Lightning without Service Call? Happy Easter weekend.

Once I get it can I call in to have my service switched to it and upgrade to lightning without having a service call? All of the cable from the tap to the house and inside the house was replaced last summer when I added digital cable service, so everything should be ready for lightning.

kudos:1 | As far as i know Yes when you get your Motorola SB6141 Just call and give them the MAC address of the new Modem. After that say you want to upgrade to Lightning it can all be done over the phone. If they say something like oh it can be a few days just open a direct forums post and BHNtechXpert can activate your new modem just give him your current IP address

Added the 2-year protection plan for $14.95. With tax, came out to the same as Amazon.
