[Internet] T4 and T3 timeouts in titusville, fl

For a few weeks now i have been experiencing random t3 or t4 timeouts, 3 to 5 a day. They do not follow a trend, not loading or time of day, just completely random. i have had several techs out to my residence for climbing upstream power levels, but they seem to be stable right now.

My very basic understanding of those timeouts are that they are usually caused by a low signal to noise ratio, like 30 or less. But it looks ok in your screenshot. Are these timeouts corresponding with your internet going out or the modem resetting itself?

Yes, they are. Every time it logs a timeout, the modem reboots.

This is NOT a user diagnosable thing....please open a direct forums thread, include your IP and I will take a look.
