Getting excited

Right about the 1st of March this year they finally fixed our area in Florida after almost 4 years of crap. So far so good. Maybe they really are fixing some areas?
I can still go on a rant though that 4 years is a long time to wait. And I know they had the money because they kept giving raises to the top, buying up other companies, just not spending it on existing companies. I was on Alltel and as soon as Windstream took over it was a slow but steady downhill slide to the point it reached .43M in the evenings. You can look back at the post your speeds threads to see my old speed. I hope they keep things fixed, but I won't hold my breath either.

Great news Bashlin. I've been back to normal 12.5MB/650 for about 3 weeks now and hope that it continues.

Lets hope with some of us actually being fixed, this whole thing is finally after years turning around? note the question mark. I know my speed now only dips to 2.8 at the worst of evening on a 3m, which is acceptable. and I can try it 5 minutes later and often get 3. But they put in dozens of SADSLAMs and a dozen DSLAMs in my area and I don't see any of the even with the power meter installed. They had SADSLAMs out here where I never though they would have DSL. Still they might not. Gosh it's hard to be positive after waiting for years, but I am trying and hoping everyone else is fixed asap.
