Rob_Premium join:2008-07-16 Mary Esther, FL | HBO GO Does using HBO Go count against the caps? Or is that included with the cable subscription.
My phone provider has a 2.3 gig cap limit but it goes to 3G speeds, which is what we currently get. No 4G here. About 1.5 down/650 up.
What type of bandwidth is required to use this?

 | yes it counts against the caps.
And it uses a Variable Bit Rate so 1.5 is fine just the pic will be a lil grainy. |

I wonder if my defense can be "uhh but I'm paying for it..."
Cox needs to make this more clear to those who have no clue what a cap is.. hopefully someday, will be a thing of the past.

-Rob When Comcast started streaming content via the Xbox and said it wouldn't count against their usage caps people screamed at that saying that net neutrality failed. Seems like the industry just can't win |

It is too bad though that Cox doesn't offer a "unlimited" a-la-carte feature you could add on to any package. Makes Cox more money, and gives power users a option besides a Business account. |
